providing the facilities for

Our mission is to uphold and preserve the teachings of the Buddha through study, practice and activity. Our goal is to make the teachings, particularly in the Palyul Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, available to all.

Namdroling Monastery's "Golden Temple"


The Namdroling Buddhist Vihara, known locally as "Golden Temple," was inaugurated in 1999. Its vast prayer hall is home to the Tibetan Buddhist prayer and practice of Namdroling Monastery's monastic community.
